What are your opening hours?
We are open in Adelaide and Perth on Monday – Friday between 8.00am-4.30pm.
Do you make blinds?
No, we don’t make blinds. We do however distribute products to blind makers and can provide you with details of a number of recommended businesses. Please email us at [email protected]
Do you sell to the public?
No, we do not sell to the public. Waypoint distribute window furnishing products to blind retailers and manufacturers.
Can you repair my blind?
No, we don’t repair blinds. We can however, put you in touch with blind repairers. Please email us at [email protected]

Can I pick up products from your warehouse?
Yes, you can. Please place your order before you come to ensure your products are ready and waiting.
What are your lead times from order to delivery?
Lead times are product specific. For stocked items we can dispatch the next day. For Lotus Doors, Elegance Blinds and Galaxy Blinds lead times are a maximum of 4 weeks. For Plantation Shutters lead times are approximately 6 – 8 weeks.
Who are your Suppliers?
We distribute products from the leading suppliers in the world. Our supplier for components and hardware is Rollease Acmeda, our supplier for internal blind fabrics is Texstyle, our supplier for external blind fabrics is Ricky Richards and our supplier for plantation shutters is Loov. Plantation Shutters.
Which states do you distribute to?
Waypoint distribute to South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory.

30 Days EOM for approved credit customers.
